The minimum age limit is 18 years. Scooter rentals are not allowed to persons who have not ridden one before or have had no experience in using one. Also the driving licence with a stamp on one of the next categories: AM, A1 or A is mandatory and licences other than European must be international. The driver must have the ability and skills to drive a motorbike.
The hirer is responsible for any fines resulting from violations of the driving code during the rental period.
Motorbikes are insured for third part by default. In this case, the hirer is responsible for any damages or wears of the motorbike.
The hirer is excluded from any legal responsibility but is also responsible for any scooter damage up to 100 €, (150 € for Category C motorbikes) if he accepts the relative terms, by signing and paying per day the sum stated, on the condition that the damage is not due to a violation of the road traffic code and the motorbike is driven on a road of tarmac and the hirer is not under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

The off road driving is strictly prohibited. For non-compliance, the hirer bears a fine up to 100 €
The use of the motorbike by thirt parties beyond the hirer, is forbidden. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to take back the vehicle without notice and without refund
The fuel is paid by the hirer
